About Bill
Mr. Johnson is presently self-employed as an independent fee appraiser and a Licensed Certified General appraiser in Michigan and Nevada. He was also a candidate for the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Johnson served a three-year term as the MAI candidate’s liaison member to the board of directors of the Michigan Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. In addition he has also served as a part time instructor in construction engineering, at theCarleton, Detroit Institute of Technology. He also has taught computer programming and systems analysis classes at Wayne County Community College andCarleton, Detroit Institute of Business. His appraisal experience includes a wide variety of single-family homes, 2-4 family small income properties and all types of fee simple and lease fee income property appraising. Mr. Johnson has over 30 years of business and engineering computer systems experience.
