Brian Kirkpatrick

Brian Kirkpatrick, SRA, ASA, ECA, PTC has 13+ years of experience as a real property appraiser and property tax consultant. Brian is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication with a minor in English. Following graduation in 2008, he began his career as a Real Estate Appraiser. In 2019 Brian earned the SRA designation through the Appraisal Institute and the ASA designation through the American Society of Appraisers.  He has appraised virtually all types of residential real estate and has assisted in many commercial real estate assignments with colleagues. Typical assignments include appraisals and/or feasibility analysis on single family detached and attached, condo, small multifamily, high-end luxury homes, eminent domain, rural housing on acreage, relocation, income producing properties, and vacant land for banks, lending institutions, mortgage companies, various government agencies, tax representation agents, developers, brokers, law firms, and individual clients. The Kirkpatrick family has over 100 years in the printing and forms manufacturing industry where Brian was raised around heavy industrial equipment. Growing up in a smaller town also exposed him to the many different agricultural and construction type of equipment. The the love of machines, equipment, aviation, and automobiles coupled with real estate appraisal experience led Brian to earn the ECA certification with the Institute of Equipment Valuation. Brian’s experience and knowledge of many trades and the love of problem solving and valuation provides a unique ability and perspective to serve our clients appraisal needs.
