Debra is co-owner of the Institute of Equipment Valuation.  Debra has appraised all types of equipment in numerous industries.  In 2005, Debra was  awarded the MCMEA designation (Master Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser).  Based on her experience, Debra has also earned the designation of EECA (Expert Equipment Certified Appraiser) from the Institute of Equipment Valuation. The EECA is a professional designation and are awarded based on experience, knowledge, and numerous equipment she has appraised..

Debra works with lenders, CPAs, attorneys, courts, and others delivering Certified Machinery and equipment appraisals in numerous industries consistent with the data collection and reporting guidelines set forth by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice promulgated by Congress and the Appraisal Foundation. Debra is an advocate of the appraisal ensuring that the client receives accurate and substantiated data collection in addition to a written Certified Appraisal Report consistent mandates of USPAP Standards 7 & 8.

Debra has broad and specialized experience.  For over thirteen years, she has provided education, recruiting, training, servicing, and support for Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisers (CMEA’s) coast-to-coast and worldwide.   

In her position as Master Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (MCMEA), she has surpassed two years of experience as a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) and testing requirements.  She mandates, subscribes and upholds the Code of Ethics of Professional Appraisers and governs herself according to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as set forth by the Appraisal Foundation.

Certified Legal Assistant / Senior Paralegal

 Utilized paralegal skills for two law firms in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas area as well as owning her own immigration business, she has handled case load of clients preparing motions, discovery, depositions, court appears, litigation, etc. relating to cases involving family law, corporate transactions, estate matters, immigration matters, probate matters, and bankruptcy for individuals as well as corporations.
