Jeff Harwell

Jeff Harwell is a Certified Valuation Analyst, Master Analyst in Financial Forensics, and Equipment Certified Appraiser with experience in business valuations, merger and acquisitions, litigation support, and operational consulting.

He holds an M.B.A. from the Neeley School at Texas Christian University and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington. In addition to his valuation accreditations from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and Institute of Equipment Valuation, he holds an Associate in Risk Management.

Mr. Harwell has been in financial and operational management for over forty-five years and has served in various roles including President, Chief Financial Officer, and Consulting Principal. His professional career originated with valuation and mergers and acquisitions. However, his real talent is his ability to grasp opportunities and identify and solve problems. As a result, Jeff has completed several organizational turnarounds, owned two businesses that he started, and later transferred, and he often consults with business owners on profit improvement, organizational growth, exit planning, and business transition. His business valuation and equipment appraisal services are widely respected and requested by banks, attorneys, CPAs, and business owners. He provides litigation support in the areas of business valuation and economic damages.

Mr. Harwell is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). He has served as a member of NACVA’s Standards Committee, State Chapter Committee, Education Quality Assurance Board, Ambassador’s Editorial Board, and Chair of NACVA's Think Tank. He presently serves as the NACVA State Chapter President of Texas, Member Mentor, and member of Valusource's Support Team.
